STOPAQ is fundamentally a Polyisobutene (PIB)–based coating inspired by the natural behavior of tree sap, offering inherent self-healing properties. It creates an impermeable barrier against oxygen, water, and microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC), effectively protecting steel and other vulnerable materials. This results in permanent surface adhesion, extended coating lifespan, and long-term asset protection.
